Fall Foliage Color & Amish Country Tour Package
One Day Only –or- One Night

Central Illinois does not have the colors of New England to see. But we do experience significant fall color in a different way.Amish Haystacks in Fall Around Arthur, Illinois Harvest colors emerge just after Labor Day, and big combines begin to chew thru the large grain farms in Central Illinois. On the smaller Amish farms around Arthur, corn is often hand shucked the old fashioned way, or "antique" 2 row pickers pulled by teams of horses clean the fields. Stubble is left up for the animals rather than quickly plowed under. You won't experience harvest this way anywhere else in Illinois!

Here is a sample itinerary we frequently offer in the fall. Remember that we will schedule your visit to meet your group's desire and available time.
